Where to pick up your van
Visit us at 22768 Hoover Road in Warren, MI. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to noon. For airport trips, arrange pickup or return at DTW when you book.

Your online submission is a booking request. Our team will confirm vehicle availability and the final arrangements by email or phone.
How do I confirm my rental?
After submitting your request, look for a secure check-in email with the steps to reserve your vehicle and pay the $500 deposit.
Can I request a pickup outside office hours?
Yes. You can request any future pickup and return time. Our team must confirm those arrangements. For pickup within 24 hours, please also call us.
How are rental days and mileage calculated?
Your rental starts at 10 AM Eastern on your pickup date, even if you pick up later. Return by 9 AM Eastern on your return date. Returning after 9 AM adds a rental day. Your estimate shows the included miles and any extra-mile rate.
How does the reservation deposit work?
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your vehicle. The deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel or do not show up. If you pay for and pick up your rental, the deposit is refundable after you return the vehicle.
Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?
For seven or more billed days, call us to check for a lower rate or send your request and ask our team when they follow up.
What if my plans change?
Contact our team at 586-755-9290 to discuss changes or cancellation. The rental terms apply to confirmed bookings.
